Our model begins with the end goal in mind. We manage architect interviews, functional and usage based planning including targeted budget confirmation, security and other home systems implementation, builder introductions and bid procurement, followed by site reports and control methods, all targeting the needs of each individual owner.
We represent only our client. There are no conflicts of interest in forms of kickbacks, ownership interest in suppliers/service providers, or consultants being used, or reasons for allowing a budget to grow unless the owner requests it.
The end result is your vision and your home designed and delivered, based on your specific usage, all planned from the inception and guided to a key in your hand.
